Fit Camp
Fit Camp is a 4-week outdoor workout program designed for women who are committed to improving their health and overall fitness levels. With your commitment expect to lose fat and increase muscle tone, strength, endurance and flexibility. You will look and feel better with 100% improvement in your health and self esteem.

Workouts consists of:

  • Calisthenics (squats, lunges, push-ups)
  • Running and sprints Core and balance drills
  • Team and partner exercises
  • Strength training with free weights, body resistance and medicine balls
  • Beach workouts
  • Nutrition tips (nutrients, portions, frequency)

With your commitment expect to see:

  • Fat loss Increase in lean muscle mass
