1 hour Initial Collaborative Phone Session: During this session we will address your goals, concerns, strengths and weakness, then together we will devise a strategy and plan to achieve your specific goals and needs.
30 Minute Weekly Accountability Coaching Sessions: via phone. Each week we will discuss and set specific goals and a plan to achieve the goals for that week. This will include personalized exercise and nutrition plan, mindset shifts, motivation, inspiration, support, direction and accountability.
