Hi friends.. not going to deny it's been an emotionally taxing year for me with the illness and passing of my beautiful heart sister Brook.. and the current devastation in Puerto Rico causing us much concern and heartache about our family.
Having said that, I'm handling my mourning and stress in the most positive way possible just as I teach my clients. Life will always present us with sadness and unforeseen circumstances, what makes a difference in our health is how we react... we can choose to turn to positive outlets or to self destructive behaviors. You can guess with confidence what I turn too.
So yes, I'm still working! I LOVE what I do.. I am blessed to coach women to feel their best from the inside out.. so they can live their best life. Having my work to focus on has been life enriching for me, even soul saving, especially through some dark times this year. It's the flame in my heart and mind that keeps me trudging forward. Knowing that I can make a positive difference in the life of others is motivation and inspires me to work hard every day.
I did miss not having my women empowerment events this year but those had to be put on hold so I could be available for Brook at a moments notice. Sometimes we must prioritize and recognize what we can handle and strike a healthy balance. I'll be getting back to scheduling our incredible ladies gatherings again soon.
For now, Ladies, please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or if you would like suggestions regarding your overall wellness.. I appreciate you respecting my space during difficult times yet I love my work and invite you to keep reaching out to me. It fuels my passion and purpose. I'm here for you.
I will be launching my next program this week.. for the fall.. I'm excited to bring back someone very special. :)
Thank you again for your love, support, and countless heartwarming comments throughout this year, you've helped me and continue to do so, as I manage my own emotional and physical wellbeing. ~Liza xoxox
