The Process: You will receive your Week 1 Menu with detailed instructions on the afternoon of Saturday, November 25, via email, so you will have a couple of days to prepare and we ALL start together on Monday, November 27! 

Workouts will come on a daily basis with video clip that demonstrates proper form and modifications for all fitness levels. You will feel as if I'm right there with you! :)
