How this works:
After you join, you will receive a welcome email with details on what you will need to have before we start.
I will add you to our private Facebook page 'Our Queendom', with the ladies who are currently in or already have completed programs with me so you can get settled and acquainted with our fabulous supportive community of Queens!
Saturday, April 21, Week 1 menu will arrive via email so you have time on Saturday and Sunday to grocery shop and prepare before Day 1.
Workout 1 with video clip will arrive on Sunday April 22 so you can review before Day 1.
You will receive your workout and video the night before.
Self Love Coaching assignments will arrive a different day each week depending on our discussions as I do them to accommodate the needs of our group.
You will need:
~A pair of dumbbells. I recommend 2 different sets, one light and one heavy according to your fitness level.
~A Stability Ball. Ball needs to be the correct size depending on your height. There will be guidelines on the box when you purchase.
~A timer. You can either download a free fitness timer app on your phone or purchase a timer that sets times for intervals of exercise with rest periods.
Most importantly, you need a positive mindset and enthusiasm! Let's rock it!
